This individual will have a deep understanding of payroll regulations and compliance across various countries and will work closely with clients to optimize their payroll processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and recommend tailored global payroll strategies to meet clients' unique needs and objectives.
• Provide guidance on payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries to ensure clients maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, including HR, finance, and tax specialists.
• Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain industry expertise.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on global payroll topics to educate clients and industry professionals.
• Fluency in French and English, Spanish would be a great advantage.
