Proposal for a new code of criminal procedure declared admissible by the National AssemblyKinshasa, April 18th, 2023( CPA).- The proposed law amending and supplementing the decree of 06 August 1959 on the code of criminal procedure in the Democratic Republic of Congo was declared admissible during Tuesday’s plenary session at the National Assembly, the CPA learns from a source in this chamber of parliament.
