Mwangachuchu trial: High Court stays proceedings for « unconstitutionalityKinshasa, April 15th, 2023 (CPA) – The High Military Court of the Democratic Republic of Congo suspended, on Friday, the investigation of the case between the prosecution, the civil party, and the deputy Mwangachuchu, and referred to the Constitutional Court to examine the exception of unconstitutionality raised by the lawyers of the accused, noted CPA.
