Kinshasa, January 2rd, 2023 (CPA).- The players Miche Mika and Jean Marc Makusu Mundele of Saint Eloi Lupopo of Lubumbashi are the only two survivors of the Leopards A’ team of DRC Winners of the 6th edition of the Africa of Nations (CHAN) football, hosted by Rwanda, in 2016.These two players who, under the era of the former national coach of DRC, Jean Florent Ibenge Ikwange, had mounted the highest step of the podium, at the end of the victorious final, in Kigali, Rwanda, in front of the Eagles of Mali, by 3-0.
In 2016, Mika Miche was a member of the Tout Puissant Mazembe de Lubumbashi while Jean Marc Makusu Mundele played under the green and black banner of Kinshasa.
Today, 7 years later, the two attackers are part of the backbone of FC Saint Eloi Lupopo in the copper city of DRC.
